The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) is appealing for witnesses in relation to the current investigation into an incident where an off-duty police fatally shot a 40-year-old man.
The deceased has been identified as Jermaine Richards.
The incident occurred on January 23 in the Ardenne Emirates Plaza located on Ardenne Road, Kingston 10.
Following the development INDECOM, in a release, said it was seeking the assistance of witnesses to provide photos, videos, or information available in relation to the matter.
